Meet Our Founder: Alex Abbott
Experience and Leadership
Throughout his professional career, Alex Abbott has been successful in all sizes of businesses. His unique experience includes profit and loss management, product line oversight, and commercial leadership, and it's strengthened by having owned two businesses. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, plastics, paper, erosion control, marine construction, and home construction industries. Alex has held a variety of roles focused on business development, product management, profit and loss, marketing, customer service, asset utilization, and private investments. Alex has enjoyed over 10 years of executive-level experience and is passionate about coming alongside others to help them thrive by leading turnarounds and enabling growth.
Strengths and Qualifications
Alex’s unique gifting is partially displayed as "The Driver" MPO personality➚, an ESTJ personality type➚ and a Strategist according to the Predictive Index➚. Additionally, Alex holds both an undergraduate and graduate business degree from the University of Indianapolis. While a Greyhound, Alex focused on business management, pursuing an MBA with a concentration in leading organizational change. Alex also holds an MA from Reformed Theological Seminary in Systematic Theology.

Born, raised, and currently residing in Evansville, IN, Alex and his wife Erin have four children and are proud to serve the Tri-State community and beyond. Alex serves as an elder at Westwood Church, metro board and executive board member of the Southwestern Indiana YMCA, and a board member at the Welborn Foundation.
